Oklahoma’s Stallings Takes Co-angler Title
(Nov 13, 2017 - GILBERTSVILLE, Ky.) Boater Kevin Powers of Unicoi, Tennessee, caught a two-day cumulative total of 10 bass weighing 32 pounds, 9 ounces, to win the T-H Marine FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Wild Card event on Kentucky and Barkley lakes. For his efforts, Powers earned $4,373 and one of the final entries into the 2018 BFL All-American Championship.


(Nov 5, 2017 - PARIS, TN.) Boater Bradford Beavers of Ridgeville, South Carolina, caught five bass weighing 14 pounds, 15 ounces, Saturday – the only limit of the day – to win the Costa FLW Series Championship on Kentucky Lake with a three-day cumulative total of 15 bass weighing 45 pounds, 12 ounces. Beaver’s efforts earned him $50,200 and a slot in the 2018 Forrest Wood Cup - the world championship of professional bass fishing.


Virginia’s Hicks Retains Lead in Co-angler Division
(Nov 3, 2017 - Paris, TN) Boater Chad Foster of Pequot Lakes, Minnesota, brought four bass weighing 13 pounds, 9 ounces, to the scale Friday to jump from third into the lead after Day Two of a very tough Costa FLW Series Championship on Kentucky Lake. Foster’s two-day total of nine bass weighing 33-6 gives him a slim 1-pound, 13-ounce, advantage over second-place boater Larry Stoafer of Leavenworth, Kansas, heading into the third and final day of competition.


Virginia’s Hicks Leads Co-angler Division
(Nov 2, 2017 - PARIS, TN.) Pro Bryan Thrift of Shelby, North Carolina, caught a five-bass limit weighing 27 pounds, 8 ounces, Thursday to grab the early lead after Day One of the Costa FLW Series Championship on Kentucky Lake.


(Oct 27, 2017 - ILINOIS) The Shawnee Muskie Hunters Chapter of Muskies Incorporated sponsored the Fourth Annual I.H.S.A Muskie Tournament on October 14. The weather was beautiful for a day of young muskie hunters to fish on a lake.

Boater Jason Sandidge of Centerton, Arkansas, caught a three-day cumulative total of 15 bass weighing 31 pounds, 12 ounces, to win the T-H Marine FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Regional event on the Red River presented by Quaker State. Sandidge netted $65,000 for his win, including a new Ranger Z518C boat with a 200-horsepower Evinrude outboard and an automatic berth into the 2018 BFL All-American Championship.


Houston Ind Championship
(Oct 23, 2017 - ) It was a beautiful weekend to be on the water. The fish were biting for most and the weather was as close to perfect as it could be. Sunny skies and temps in the high 80's. Take off both Saturday and Sunday was 6:50am. We played the National Anthem just before take off both days and no surprise that EVERY fishermen was standing with their hands over their hearts, proud to be Americans.

North Carolina’s Lockler Takes Home Co-angler Title

Owen earned $65,000 for his win, including a new Ranger Z518C boat with a 200-horsepower Evinrude outboard and an automatic berth into the 2018 BFL All-American Championship.


Missouri Boater Bests 155-boat Field to Earn Third Career Victory, $40K

Boater Andre Dickneite of Freeburg, Missouri, brought a five-bass limit to the scale Saturday weighing 15 pounds even to win the Costa FLW Series Central Division event on Lake of the Ozarks presented by Evinrude. Dickneite’s three-day total of 15 bass weighing 48 pounds, 4 ounces, was enough to earn him the win by a 2-pound, 8-ounce margin and the first place prize of $40,000.

The University of Wisconsin team of Turner Truttschel of Madison, Wisconsin, and Colin Steck of Waunakee, Wisconsin, won the YETI FLW College Fishing Central Conference tournament on the Mississippi River Saturday after catching a five-bass limit weighing 16 pounds, 10 ounces.

The victory earned the Ducks bass club $2,000 and the team will now advance to compete at the 2018 FLW College Fishing National Championship, scheduled for May 30-June 2 on the Red River in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Tennessee’s Utley Wins Co-angler Title

Reigning Forrest Wood Cup Champion Justin Atkins of Florence, Alabama, added to his stellar 2017 campaign Sunday, winning the T-H Marine FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Mississippi Division tournament on Ross Barnett Reservoir with a two-day cumulative total of 10 bass weighing 24 pounds, 6 ounces. Atkins was awarded $7,646 for his victory.


(Oct 2, 2017 - Herrington Lake-Lancaster, KY) Bradley Roy’s 5th Annual High School Open was held on Saturday, September 30th on Herrington Lake. A record field of 94 teams from 29 different schools competed for two spots in the 2018 Bassmaster High School National Championship.

(Oct 2, 2017 - Many, LA.) Boater Glen Freeman of Zwolle, Louisiana, won the T-H Marine FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Cowboy Division tournament on Toledo Bend Lake Sunday with a two-day cumulative total of 10 bass weighing 37 pounds, 11 ounces. For his efforts, Freeman took home $8,074.

For his win, Davis pocketed $7,704.


California Boater Bests 100-boat Field to Earn First Career Victory, $76K
(Oct 1, 2017 - LAKEPORT, CA.) Boater Bryant Smith of Castro Valley, California, brought a five-bass limit to the scale Saturday weighing 12 pounds, 8 ounces to lead the event wire-to-wire and win the Costa FLW Series Western Division event on Clear Lake presented by Evinrude. Smith’s three-day total of 15 bass weighing 53 pounds, 15 ounces, was enough to earn him the win by an 8-pound, 6-ounce margin and the first place prize package worth $76,271, including a new Ranger Z521C with a 200-horsepower Evinrude outboard.

Jessie Mizell of Sarasota, Florida, won the T-H Marine FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Gator Division tournament on Lake Okeechobee Sunday with a two-day cumulative catch of 10 bass weighing 42 pounds, 12 ounces. For his win, Mizell earned $5,848. According to post-tournament reports, Mizell targeted schooling fish in the northeast area of the lake using a 6th Sense crankbait.


Benton’s Delaney Takes Co-angler Title

Local angler Spencer Shuffield of Hot Springs, weighed a two-day cumulative of 10 bass totaling 20 pounds, 8 ounces, to win the T-H Marine FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Arkie Division tournament on Lake Hamilton presented by Geared. Shuffield took home $5,277 for his efforts.


Virginia’s Wright Nabs Co-angler Title
(Sep 25, 2017 - HENDERSON, N.C.) Jonathon Guins of Wendell, North Carolina, weighed a two-day cumulative of eight bass totaling 24 pounds, 13 ounces, to win the T-H Marine FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Piedmont Division tournament on Kerr Lake presented by Navionics. For his win, Guins earned $8,011.

The Louisiana State University-Shreveport duo of Harrison Hopkins of Bossier City, and Ryan Antee, of Hosston, Louisiana, won the YETI FLW College Fishing Southern Conference tournament at the Red River presented by Bass Pro Shops Saturday with a five-bass limit weighing 11 pounds, 7 ounces.
