Bryan Schmitt of Deale, Md., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 16 pounds, 2 ounces Saturday to win the EverStart Series Northern Division event on the Potomac River with a three-day total of 15 bass weighing 52 pounds, 8 ounces. For his victory Schmitt earned $37,554.

Chautauqua Lake Tournament With 16.39 Lbs.
(Jun. 19, 2013 - Calcium, NY) The NY BASS Chapter Federation (NYBCF) held their annual Susan B Johnson season opener on Chautauqua Lake June 16th with the base of operations out of Long Point State Park. The tournament drew 208 anglers all vying for their share of the $20,000 prize money along with a $5,000 bonus paid to the highest finishing registered Skeeter boat owner sponsored by Towne Marine.


(Jun. 19, 2013 - North River Landing North Little Rock, AR.) On the 5TH Fish'N Stuff Tuesday Nite Tournament of the year 42 teams caught 152 fish weighing 295.37 lbs with 19/5 fish limits.

(Jun. 19, 2013 - MARBURY, MD.) Matt Stoupa of Colonial Heights, Va., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 17 pounds, 11 ounces Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League Shenandoah Division event on the Potomac River. For his victory, Stoupa earned $4,385 plus a $2,000 Ranger Cup bonus.


(Jun. 19, 2013 - ) Pro-angler John Gillman, of Freeland, Mich., and co-angler Joe Jordan, of Hampton, Ill., brought 51.70 pounds of walleye to the scales to win the Cabela's National Walleye Tour (NWT) event on Lake Erie at Port Clinton, Ohio. Overall, the NWT event paid out over $350,000 in total winnings to anglers.

(Jun. 18, 2013 - BUCKHEAD, GA.) Mark Holloway of Madison, Ga., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 16 pounds, 6 ounces Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League Bulldog Division event on Lake Oconee. For his victory, Holloway earned $3,917.

Congratulations to Danny Jimmerson and Dustin Wood for winning the 2013 Lee King Memorial with an impressive 5 fish limit that weighed in a 21.43, anchored with a 4.96 lb. Big Fish. Danny and Dustin were the best team of the 138 teams that were entered in the tournament that saw the leader board change several times.

(Jun. 18, 2013 - RUSSELLVILLE, AR.) Josh Hilton of Clarksville, Ark., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 19 pounds, 4 ounces Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League Arkie Division event on Lake Dardanelle. For his victory, Hilton earned $3,289.


(Jun. 15, 2013 - FLORENCE, AL.) Bethel University's Jacob Hardy and Jake Lawrence brought in 40 pounds, 14 ounces of bass from Pickwick Lake to win the Carhartt College Series Wild Card tournament and advance to the Carhartt College Series National Championship.


(Jun. 15, 2013 - RICHMOND, VA.) Randy Howell presented himself with the sweetest Father's Day gift of all, albeit a day early. He caught 15 pounds, 4 ounces of bass today to overcome a Day 1 culling error and expand his narrow Day 2 lead from 1-4 to more than 6 pounds to win the 2013 Bass Pro Shops Bassmaster Northern Open on Virginia's James River.

However, that lead belongs to two teams, Young Harris College's Brad Rutherford and Matthew Peeler and University of North Alabama's Andrew Nutt and Zachary Wiggers.

(Jun. 12, 2013 - ABACO, BAHAMAS) It was a race to the finish for Southern Comfort, who captured top honors at the 30th Annual Treasure Cay Billfish Tournament (TCBT), June 2-7 at Treasure Cay Beach, Marina & Golf Resort, Abaco, Bahamas. Owned by Peter Angel, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Southern Comfort clinched First Place on the last day of fishing when they released their fourth blue marlin, bumping Domarlo, owned by Doug Macdonald, West Palm Beach, FL to second place.

Any team entering 6 of the 8 Livingston Saturday Series events will automatically qualify for the 2-day Livingston Championship.


Plattsburgh Fishing Team Sweeps Co-Angler Division
(Jun. 12, 2013 - Calcium, NY) The Bass Federation (NYTBF) held their season opener on Lake Champlain June 9th. The conditions were reasonable with a morning drizzle and light westerly that gave way to sunny skies and air temps in the mid-70s for 2 PM weigh-in. Point Au Rouche state park just north of Plattsburgh served as the base of operations for the day.

Collins wins co-angler title
(Jun. 11, 2013 - GUNTERSVILLE, AL.) Johnny Patterson of Grant, Ala., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 28 pounds, 14 ounces Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League Choo Choo Division event on Lake Guntersville. For his victory, Patterson earned $4,082.

(Jun. 11, 2013 - BIRDSEYE, IN.) Terry Dillon of Danville, Ind., weighed in four bass totaling 13 pounds, 15 ounces Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League Hoosier Division event on Lake Patoka. For his victory, Dillon earned $4,000.


(Jun. 10, 2013 - RUSSELLVILLE, AR.) Dardanelle State Park Weigh in Center Russellville Ar. The fourth tournament for Arkansas's Couples opened with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the high 60's. The 24 couples caught 91 fish weighing 223.64 lbs with 14/5 fish limits.

This 6th event of 2013 was started at 5:55 am. The weigh in time was conducted at 4:00 pm. Any Individual entering 6 of the 8 Houston Individual Series events will automatically qualify for the 2-day Lake Houston Individual Championship.


Texas' Honeycutt Wins Co-Angler Title, $25,000
(Jun. 09, 2013 - GROVE, OK.) Rayovac pro Jason Christie of Park Hill, Okla., had never fished in a four-day tournament on his home waters of Grand Lake of the Cherokees. After leading the first three days of competition at the Walmart FLW Tour at Grand Lake presented by Castrol, all that he needed was one more solid day's weight to claim his second FLW Tour title of the season.

Rayovac pro Jason Christie of Park Hill, Okla., brought a five-bass limit to the scales Saturday weighing 17 pounds, 10 ounces giving him a three-day cumulative total of 15 bass for 58 pounds, 4 ounces and the lead for the third consecutive day at the Walmart FLW Tour at Grand Lake presented by Castrol.


(Jun. 07, 2013 - ZAVALLA, TX) The frog bite was on at Sam Rayburn Reservoir but Texan Albert Collins avoided that temptation and won the B.A.S.S. Nation Central Divisional. While runner-up Brandon Pedigo and other contestants turned in double-digit sacks today by fishing plastic frogs in the shallow grass, Collins stuck with an offshore summertime pattern of targeting channel swings near points.

Christie's two-day cumulative weight of 40-10 gives him a 2 pound, 12 ounce lead over second-place pro Robbie Dodson of Harrison, Ark., who has a two-day weight of 10 bass worth 37-14 as the tournament heads into the third day of competition.


(Jun. 07, 2013 - Toledo Bend Reservoir, TX/LA) We had a total of 13 couples fish the Lake Toledo Bend Tournament. It was a rainy start to a beautiful day of fishing. We were welcomed by Lowe's Creek Marina. There were a total of 42 fish caught and a total of 99.75 lbs.

Christie now holds a slim 5-ounce lead over another Oklahoma fishing legend, Chevy pro Jimmy Houston of Cookson, Okla., who weighed in five bass worth 21 pounds, 7 ounces.

(Jun. 04, 2013 - SCOTTSVILLE, KY.) Daniel Spencer of Glasgow, Ky., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 16 pounds, 10 ounces Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League Mountain Division event on the Barren River. For his victory, Spencer earned $4,244 plus a $1,000 Mercury bonus.

The winning anglers took home a new Stratos 189VLO boat powered by an Evinrude 150 HO, valued at $25,000.
