(Jun. 27, 2012 - Eagle River, WI) Perfect weather and water conditions for a musky fisherman turned the muskies on June 23 and 24 in the PMTT Mercury Marine's Summer Challenge on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes in Eagle River, Wisconsin. Mother Nature yielded a water temperature around 74 degrees which is prime for feeding muskies and air temps also in the mid seventies.

(Jun. 26, 2012 - SALISBURY, N.C.) Steve Sink of Winston-Salem, N.C., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 21 pounds, 5 ounces Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League North Carolina Division event on High Rock Lake. For his victory, Lowe earned $3,632 plus a $2,000 Ranger Cup and a $1,000 Evinrude bonus.


(Jun. 26, 2012 - Lake Ray Roberts, TX) Skeeter Bass Champs anglers have completed the final regular season tournament, wrapping up 2012 on Ray Roberts with the North Region. $44,300 cash and prizes were dispersed in 22 places paid in this 108% payback event. Zach Parker and Heath Moody enjoyed their second 1st place Bass Champs win taking home over $20,000.


Reese wins co-angler title
(Jun. 26, 2012 - MARBURY, Md.) David Hooker of Stafford, Va., and John Hutchins of Warrenton, Va., each weighed a five-bass limit totaling 19 pounds, 6 ounces Saturday to tie for the win at the Walmart Bass Fishing League Shenandoah Division event on the Potomac River. Each took home $3,546 for their victory.


(Jun. 26, 2012 - Paris, TN) The University of North Carolina Charlotte "Bass Rats" are the champions of the 2012 Collegiate Bass Fishing Open, presented by Pepsi. The four angler team of Eric Self, Tyler Beam, Shane Lehew, and Adam Waters amassed a two day total of 41.07 lbs.

(Jun. 26, 2012 - SHELBYVILLE, Ill.) Brad Peters of Taylorville, Ill., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 15 pounds, 13 ounces Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League Illini Division event on Lake Shelbyville. For his victory, Peters earned $3,592.

The Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville team of Zach Hartnagel of Edwardsville, Ill., and Brian Gass of Fallon, Ill., won the National Guard FLW College Fishing Central Conference event on Lake Shelbyville Sunday with five bass weighing 13 pounds, 2 ounces.

Kimmel wins co-angler title
(Jun. 19, 2012 - BUCKHEAD, GA.) Mike Cleveland of Monticello, Ga., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 16 pounds, 6 ounces Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League Bulldog Division event on Lake Oconee. For his victory, Cleveland earned $3,879.


Gray wins co-angler title
(Jun. 19, 2012 - WINNECONE, WI.) Bob Bungard of Holmen, Wis., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 17 pounds, 12 ounces Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League Great Lakes Division event on the Wolf River Chain of Lakes. For his victory, Bungard earned $4,575.


(Jun. 19, 2012 - Umphrey Family Pavilion, Lake Sam Rayburn, TX) On the eve of summer and embarking on hurricane season, Bass Champs East Region wrapped up their regular season on Sam Rayburn June 16, 2012 at the Umphrey Family Pavilion. Many big bass were brought to the scales and several good stringers were seen, but Daniel Chambers and Todd Littleton was way ahead of the 181 contending teams bringing in a 27.11 lb sack to win over $20,000.

(Jun. 18, 2012 - CORTLAND, Ohio) Ray Brunner of Hamilton, Ohio, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 11 pounds, 15 ounces Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League Buckeye Division event on Mosquito Lake. For his victory, Brunner earned $6,082.

(Jun. 16, 2012 - HENDERSON, N.C.) By a mere ounce Brett Meyn and Blaine Chitwood, the team from Radford University, won the National Guard FLW College Fishing Northern Conference event on Kerr Lake Saturday with five bass weighing 10 pounds, 7 ounces. The victory earned the team $5,000. The win also helped them advance to the Northern Conference Championship.


(Jun. 16, 2012 - RICHMOND, VA.) Joshua Wagy couldn't have asked for a better time to catch his heaviest five-fish stringer from the James River than during the first 2012 Bass Pro Shops Bassmaster Northern Open, June 14-16. The 23-year-old DeWitt, Va., native thought he could count on 12- to 14-pound bags each day and take a nice check home, but his 19-11 from Day 2 vaulted him into serious contention for the win.

With only three bass that weighed 5 pounds, 2 ounces on the final day of competition Christopher Carmell of Moyock, N.C., was able to hold on and win the EverStart Series Northern Division on Kerr Lake. His three-day total of 13 bass weighed 36 pounds, 1 ounce and earned him $26,749 for his victory.

(Jun. 15, 2012 - RICHMOND, VA.) Joshua Wagy of DeWitt, Va., ran into a good problem on Day 2 of the first 2012 Bass Pro Shops Bassmaster Northern Open - the spot that was supposed to produce numbers of bass turned up big bass instead. He rang in 19-11 today, the heaviest stringer of the tournament by nearly three pounds for a two-day total of 31-13, putting him 3-6 ahead of second-place finisher Gregory Cooper.

(Jun. 13, 2012 - NORMAN, OK) The Texas Team Trail, presented by Cabela's hosted its fourth and final regular season event Saturday June 9th on Lake Lewisville. ?The duo of Russell Lee and Hunter Jordan crushed 17.61 pounds of Lake Lewisville largemouth to claim victory this past weekend. Russell Cecil and Todd Castledine came in second with a bag weighing 17.24 pounds.


(Jun. 12, 2012 - ISLAMORADA, Florida Keys) Charles Duncan III of Houston, Texas, released 16 tarpon and was named overall champion at the 38th annual Don Hawley Invitational Tarpon Tournament that ended June 8.

Joey Musgrave wins co-angler title
(Jun. 11, 2012 - SALISBURY, N.C.) Ray Griffin of Henderson, N.C., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 19 pounds, 15 ounces Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League Piedmont Division event on High Rock Lake. For his victory, Griffin earned $3,164 plus a $2,000 Ranger Cup bonus.

(Jun. 11, 2012 - GIBSON, LA.) Pete Lowe of Woodworth, La., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 17 pounds, 10 ounces Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League Cowboy Division event on Bayou Black. For his victory, Lowe earned $2,350 plus a $2,000 Ranger Cup bonus.

Alabama's Martin Leads Wire-to-Wire, Wins Co-Angler Title, $25,000
(Jun. 09, 2012 - MURRAY, Ky.) Snickers pro Chris Baumgardner didn't weigh the largest sack of bass during the third day of competition at the Walmart FLW Tour on Kentucky Lake presented by OFF!. However, it turned out to be enough to take the lead in a field of pros from all across the United States, Canada, Spain and Japan as they fish for a top cash award of up to $125,000.

(Jun. 08, 2012 - MORGAN CITY, La.) Louisiana won big Friday in the 2012 Cabela's B.A.S.S. Federation Nation Central Divisional. The host anglers caught a total of 328 pounds, 2 ounces of Atchafalaya Basin bass across three days to claim their team championship.


Martin Continues to Pace Co-Anglers
(Jun. 08, 2012 - MURRAY, Ky.) M&M's pro Jim Moynagh of Carver, Minn., has 18 career top-10's with FLW, but only one has come on Kentucky Lake - an eighth place finish in 2006. Moynagh has now put himself into strong contention to make it 19 after bringing the largest stringer of the day to the scales this afternoon.
