The team of Larry Cotton & Chris Diberardino came in with the winning stringer of 14.20 lbs., and took home $1,840.00 for their day on the water. Chris reported that they "caught all fish today in 6 to 12 ft. of water on Texas rigged plastics." He says "The Key to our bites was using a 3/16 oz. Tungston weight, dragging it very slowly."

(Aug 1, 2016 - CANNELTON, IN.) Chris Wilkinson of Farmersburg, Indiana, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 12 pounds, 9 ounces, Saturday to win the fourth FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Hoosier Division tournament of 2016 on the Ohio River. For his win, Wilkinson took home $4,309.

(Aug 1, 2016 - Trenton) Michael Sitko of Pinckney, Michigan, weighed a five bass limit totaling 23 pounds, 9 ounces, Saturday to win the third FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Michigan Division tournament of 2016 on the Detroit River presented by Power-Pole. Sitko took home $6,463 for his win.

(Aug 1, 2016 - HENRICO, Va.) Randy Gillespie of Sanford, North Carolina, weighed a five bass limit totaling 14 pounds, 11 ounces, Saturday to win the fourth FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Piedmont Division tournament of 2016 on the James River presented by Navionics. For his win, Gillespie earned $4,247.

Kyle Alsop and Taylor Bivins of Kansas State University are the winners of the 2016 Carhartt Bassmaster College Series National Championship, thanks to a series of consistent weights. They finished the tournament on Kentucky’s Green River Lake with 36 pounds, 4 ounces.

(Jul 28, 2016 - CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky.) Sam Stone and Evan Coleman of Texas State University took the Day 1 lead of the 2016 Carhartt Bassmaster College Series National Championship presented by Bass Pro Shops with an impressive 20 pounds, 13 ounces, despite the fact they were soaked the whole day.



(Jul 27, 2016 - Boom Lake, WI) The Central Wisconsin River Series presented by Minn Kota, Humminbird and the Stevens Point Brewery held the third of four qualifying tournaments on Boom Lake in Rhinelander last weekend. Forty-four teams, 88 anglers, took off from Hodag Park Boat Landing shortly before 7 a.m. in search of their five-fish limit.

The victory earned the club $2,000 and qualified the team for the 2017 FLW College Fishing National Championship.


(Jul 24, 2016 - CLAYTON, N.Y.) Scott Dobson of Clarkston, Michigan, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 21 pounds, 12 ounces Saturday to win the Costa FLW Series Northern Division event at 1000 Islands presented by Mercury with a three-day total of 15 bass weighing 68 pounds, 8 ounces.


(Jul 18, 2016 - GOLCONDA, IL.) Marty Sisk of Evansville, Indiana, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 17 pounds, 13 ounces, Saturday to win the third FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Illini Division tournament of 2016 on the Ohio River. For his victory, Sisk took home $7,456.

(Jul 18, 2016 - ) Matt Gunter of Wheatland Missouri, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 15 pounds, 3 ounces, Saturday to win the fourth FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Ozark Division tournament of 2016 on Lake Truman presented by Power-Pole. Gunter took home $4,804 for his victory.


Hayward wins co-angler title
(Jul 18, 2016 - HARRISON TOWNSHIP, MI.) Kyle Greene of Ortonville, Michigan, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 23 pounds even Saturday to win the second FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Michigan Division tournament of 2016 on Lake St. Clair. For his victory, Greene took home $6,155.

(Jul 18, 2016 - GALLATIN, TN.) Drew Boggs of Lebanon, Tennessee, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 13 pounds, 10 ounces, Saturday to win the fourth FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Music City Division tournament of 2016 on Old Hickory Lake. Boggs took home $3,028 for his victory.

(Jul 18, 2016 - ) Jake Poffenberger of Brookville, Ohio, weighed four bass totaling 9 pounds, 7 ounces, Saturday to win the fourth FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Buckeye Division tournament of 2016 on the Ohio River. For his victory, Poffenberger earned $4,684.

(Jul 11, 2016 - SALISBURY, N.C.) James Blankenship of Siler City, North Carolina, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 19 pounds, 2 ounces, Saturday to win the third FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Piedmont Division tournament of 2016 on High Rock Lake. For his victory, Blankenship took home $3,255.

(Jul 11, 2016 - GILBERTSVILLE, Ky) Adam Ohms of Edwardsville, Illinois, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 24 pounds, 5 ounces, Saturday to win the fourth FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) LBL Division tournament on Kentucky and Barkley lakes presented by Power-Pole. For his victory, Ohms earned $6,199.

(Jul 11, 2016 - BREWERTON, N.Y.) David Ehrentraut of Locke, New York, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 18 pounds, 9 ounces, Saturday to win the third FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Northeast Division tournament on Oneida Lake presented by Navionics. For his victory, Ehrentraut received $4,463.

(Jul 11, 2016 - GUNTERSVILLE, AL.) Ryan Salzman of Huntsville, Alabama, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 24 pounds, 5 ounces, Saturday to win the fourth FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Choo Choo Division tournament of 2016 on Lake Guntersville. For his victory, Salzman took home $5,244.

(Jul 11, 2016 - Racine, WI) Local angler Zack Freeman of Russellville, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 18 pounds, 12 ounces, Saturday to win the fourth FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Arkie Division tournament of 2016 on Lake Dardanelle. For his victory, Freeman earned $3,718.

(Jul 11, 2016 - Lake Sam Rayburn, TX) Out of the 17 Individuals that came out to fish today, Clayton Boulware came in first place with 5 fish weighing 24.45 lbs. Clayton won $430 for his day on the water. Clayton reported catching 40-50 fish on Sixth Sense 500 DD Crank Baits and Big Bite Kreit tail 10" worms, with Lews BB1 Pro Cranking reels on Lews Lite Tournament grade Rods.

(Jul 11, 2016 - Lake Sam Rayburn, TX) It was HOT !!!! But that didn't stop the team of Bobby Vice and Ricky Guy from bringing in 5 fish that tipped the scales at 23.07 lbs. They also brought in the largest bass of the day, a 7.00 lb'er. Bobby & Ricky took home a total of $2,040.00.


(Jul 9, 2016 - PRAIRIE DU CHIEN, WI.) The University of Wisconsin-Platteville team of Colby Peterson of Waupun, Wisconsin, and Aaron Gohla of Houlton, Wisconsin, won the FLW College Fishing Central Conference event on the Mississippi River Saturday with five bass weighing 14 pounds, 8 ounces. The victory earned the club $2,000 and advanced the team to the 2017 FLW College Fishing National Championship.
