(May 2, 2017 - Lake Sam Rayburn, TX) But that didn't stop the Team of Rusty Clark & Cory Rambo the AQ Anglers of the Year from bring in the First place stringer of 5 fish that weighed 20.96 lbs. And they caught the Biggest bass of the day, a nice 6.30 lb'er.   These guys are just that good !!!


(May 2, 2017 - Lake Sam Rayburn, TX) The young man from Rio Vista Texas, Kyle Hall came in with 5 beautiful fish weighing a whopping 25.07 lbs. What a fantastic day for this young man.... Kyle reported catching them in approximately 10 minutes time..... he said he was fishing north on a bridge with deep diving crank baits in about 30 ft of water.


Illinois’ Overton Takes Co-angler Title
(May 2, 2017 - La Crosse. WI) Cade Laufenberg of Winona, Minnesota, won the T-H Marine FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Great Lakes Division opener presented by Navionics on the Mississippi River Saturday after weighing five bass totaling 22 pounds, 3 ounces. For his victory, Laufenberg took home $6,016.


(May 2, 2017 - BEDFORD, Va.) The Community College of Baltimore County duo of Michael Duarte and Matthew Iman, both of Baltimore, Maryland, won the YETI FLW College Fishing Northern Conference opener on Smith Mountain Lake Saturday after weighing a five bass-limit totaling 17 pounds, 13 ounces. The win earned their club a $2,000 scholarship and advanced the team to the 2018 FLW College Fishing National Championship.


Alabama’s Davenport Grabs Co-angler Title
(May 2, 2017 - Winchester, TN) Greg Rollins of Monteagle, Tennessee, won the T-H Marine FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Music City Division tournament on Tims Ford Reservoir after weighing five bass Saturday totaling 15 pounds, 15 ounces. Rollins pocketed $3,426 for his win.


(May 1, 2017 - RIDGELAND, MS.) Severe storms may have caused the postponement of the final round of fishing Sunday, but nothing could stop Bassmaster Elite Series rookie Dustin Connell of Clanton, Ala., from claiming victory in the Academy Sports + Outdoors Bassmaster Elite at Ross Barnett.

Raymond Jones III of Statesville, North Carolina, took top honors at the T-H Marine FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Piedmont Division tournament on Lake Gaston Saturday after bringing a five-bass limit weighing 16 pounds, 11 ounces to the scale. For his win, Jones pocketed $7,473.

He now holds a slim 3-ounce lead over second place pro Jason Reyes of Huffman, Texas, in the four-day event, presented by General Tire, that features a field of 161 of the world’s best bass-fishing professionals casting for a top award of up to $125,000.

The event, presented by General Tire, features a field of 322 of the world’s best bass-fishing professionals and co-anglers casting for top awards of up to $125,000 cash in the pro division and up to $25,000 cash in the co-angler division.

Ohio Angler Tops Pro Field, Wins $42,400 and New Ranger Boat
(Apr 22, 2017 - Grove, OK) Pro Nick Prvonozac of Warren, Ohio, won the Costa FLW Series Southwestern Division tournament on Grand Lake presented by Ranger Boats Saturday after weighing a five-bass limit totaling 16 pounds, 10 ounces. Prvonozac’s two-day total of 10 bass weighing 36 pounds, 6 ounces was enough to earn him $42,400 and a new Ranger Z518C boat with a 200-horsepower Evinrude outboard.


(Apr 22, 2017 - Redding, CA.) Today, the Chico State team of Tyler Firebaugh and Chad Sweitzer won the Carhartt Bassmaster College Series Western Regional presented by Bass Pro Shops. Their five-bass limit of 10 pounds, 14 ounces, brought their three-day total to 36-5.


(Apr 22, 2017 - Redding, CA.) Building contractor Nick Wood of Yreka, Calif., lead the Academy Sports + Outdoors B.A.S.S. Nation Western Regional presented by Magellan at Lake Shasta, California, from start to finish. A day after Wood helped the California B.A.S.S. Nation team claim a victory, he earned the individual title for himself with a three-day total of 37 pounds, 1 ounce.

(Apr 21, 2017 - Dayton, TN.) Friday is “Moving Day” in each of the nine Bass Pro Shops Bassmaster Opens held throughout the year. When an angler makes a mark on the first day, continued success on Friday almost always is the difference in surviving the cut to 12 or heading home.


(Apr 21, 2017 - Redding, CA.) Loud screams echoed across Lake Shasta today during the Carhartt Bassmaster College Series Western Regional presented by Bass Pro Shops. The reason for the elation was the enormous 9-pound, 10-ounce, spotted bass boated by the Chico State team of Tyler Firebaugh and Chad Sweitzer.

(Apr 21, 2017 - Redding, CA.) The Academy Sports + Outdoors B.A.S.S. Nation Western Regional presented by Magellan at Lake Shasta may be the most closely contested B.A.S.S. Nation tournament ever. After 11 teams battled for two days on Lake Shasta, the California B.A.S.S. Nation team claimed first place with 293 pounds, 12 ounces, besting second place Utah by a mere 7 ounces.

Sixteen teams showed up today at Lake Shasta to test their bass fishing skills by competing in the Carhartt Bassmaster College Series Western Regional presented by Bass Pro Shops. Jacob Wall from the University of Oregon stormed to the lead with a five-bass limit of spotted bass that weighed 15 pounds, 1 ounce.

(Apr 12, 2017 - Houston County Lake, TX) There were 18 teams that came out to fish in the rain. With the storm that came through earlier in the day and the light rain that was falling just before take-off, I didn't think there would be many Anglers show up. But I was pleasantly surprised.


Angler wins Z518 with top finish in Ranger Cup program
(Apr 12, 2017 - Flippin, AR) Ranger Boats Pro Allen Boyd beat a field of 253 anglers to win The Bass Federation 2017 National Championship at Table Rock Lake on April 7. The angler fought through a tough bite for five days to win the "Living the Dream" package. The angler also participated in the Ranger Cup program and took home a brand new Ranger Z518.


Hobart’s McBrayer tops Co-angler Division  
(Apr 11, 2017 - BIRDSEYE, IN.) Boater Craig Carns of Noblesville, Indiana, weighed four bass totaling 20 pounds, 12 ounces, Saturday to win the T-H Marine FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Hoosier Division event on Lake Patoka presented by Navionics. Carns took home $4,872 for his victory.


Oklahoma’s Torkleson tops Co-angler Division
(Apr 11, 2017 - Iuka, MS) Boater Dustin Lippe of Lampe, Missouri, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 16 pounds, 5 ounces, Saturday to win the T-H Marine FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Ozark Division event on Table Rock Lake. Lippe took home $4,948 for his victory.


(Apr 10, 2017 - Lake Belton, TX) Lake Belton has been pumping out some big ones this month, and 193 Bass Champs teams were after them April 8th. Excitement was high as a week prior, Belton produced a new lake record nearly 14 pounds! Bass Champs staff and crew were ready with a 102% payback tournament. Randy Hibler & Randy Christian dominated the pack to win over $20,000.


(Apr 10, 2017 - GILBERTSVILLE, Ky.) The University of Tennessee-Martin team of Matthew Lamastus of Hornbeak, Tennessee, and Dylan True of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, won the third annual YETI FLW College Fishing Open on Kentucky and Barkley lakes Saturday with a two-day total of 10 bass weighing 44 pounds, 4 ounces.

Scott Martin Earns Record Eighth Tour Win, Pockets $125,000

Pro Scott Martin of Clewiston, Florida, brought a five-bass limit to the scale Sunday weighing 13 pounds , 12 ounces, to win the FLW Tour at Lake Cumberland presented by T-H Marine. Martin’s four-day total of 20 bass weighing 60 pounds, 1 ounce, gave him a 1-pound, 11-ounce edge over second-place pro Barry Wilson of Birmingham, Alabama, and earned him $125,400 in the internationally-televised tournament that featured 164 of the world’s best bass anglers.


(Apr 9, 2017 - Houston County Lake, TX) Brothers Michael and Daniel Streeter brought in the winning stringer that weighed an amazing 18.17lbs. (unfortunately they had one fish die on them). they ended up with a total of 17.67lbs. and won the first place check for $1,960.00.....Not to bad for a day on the water doing what you love....Congratulations guys !!!!!

(Apr 9, 2017 - Houston County Lake, TX) Last Tuesday night at Lake Houston there were 14 teams that came out to fish and what a beautiful evening to be on the water..... Fishing was tough, but James Chandler & Sandro Alfaro came in with the winning stringer of 5 fish weighing in at 10.57lbs. They took home $675.00 for 3 hours of fishing....WOW !!! Good job guys !!!

Wendlandt’s three-day cumulative total of 15 bass weighing 50 pounds even is enough for him to hold the No. 1 seed heading into championship Sunday when the final 10 pros will cast for a top cash award of up to $125,000.

(Apr 5, 2017 - New Smyrana Beach, FL) Matt Cannon, of Troy, Texas and Jared Siegeler, of Belton, Texas, weighed 25.20 pounds to win the third regular-season event of the Texas Team Trail presented by Cabela's (TXTT) on April 1 on Belton Lake. The winning anglers took home a brand new Stratos 189VLO powered by a 150HP Evinrude, valued at $32,395.
