(Oct 4, 2017 - WILLIAMSBURG, Va) The T-H Marine FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) is heading to the James River Oct. 12-14 for one of six BFL Regional Tournaments. The top 50 boaters and 50 co-anglers from each of the North Carolina, Northeast, Piedmont, and Volunteer BFL divisions will compete in the three-day tournament, which is presented by Costa Sunglasses.


(Oct 4, 2017 - OSAGE BEACH, Mo.) As many as 400 pros and co-anglers are set to compete in the Costa FLW Series Central Division event at Lake of the Ozarks, Oct. 12-14. The tournament, which is presented by Evinrude, is the third and final regular-season event scheduled in the FLW Series Central Division. Hosted by the Tri-County Lodging Association, the event will feature anglers competing for a top award of up to $85,000, including a brand new Ranger Z518C boat with a 200-horsepower Evinrude outboard.

(Oct 3, 2017 - Minneapolis, MN) FLW announced Tuesday the Costa FLW Series rules, entry fees and payouts for the 2018 season. The season will again consist of three events in each of the five divisions – Central, Northern, Southeastern, Southwestern and Western – along with the no-entry-fee Costa FLW Series Championship to be held on Lake Guntersville in Guntersville, Alabama.

(Oct 3, 2017 - WAGONER, Okla.) YETI FLW College Fishing is heading to Fort Gibson Lake on Oct. 14 for the third and final regular-season stop in the Southern Conference. The tournament was originally scheduled for early May, but was forced to be rescheduled due to flooding and dangerous water conditions.


(Oct 2, 2017 - Minneapolis, MNf) FLW announced today that the 2017 T-H Marine BFL Wild Card tournament will take place on Kentucky and Barkley lakes, Nov. 10-11. The previously reported date of Oct. 27-28 was changed due to a scheduling conflict. The event will launch from the Kentucky Dam Marina, located at 466 Marina Drive in Gilbertsville, Kentucky.

The tournament, presented by Bass Pro Shops, will feature college fishing teams casting for a $2,000 club scholarship and an invitation to compete in the 2018 College Fishing National Championship.

The three-day event, presented by Evinrude, will feature the top 50 boaters and 50 co-anglers from each of the Hoosier, Illini, Mountain, and Ozark BFL divisions.

Lake Guntersville to host 2018 Costa FLW Series Championship in November

Fishing League Worldwide (FLW), in conjunction with Visit Hot Springs and the State of Arkansas, announced Saturday that Hot Springs, Arkansas, has been named the location and host of the 2018 Forrest Wood Cup, the world championship of professional bass fishing, Aug. 10-12, 2018, on Lake Ouachita.

Angler of the Year, Rookie of the Year and Forrest Wood Cup Field to all be Decided
(Jun 1, 2017 - MARBURY, Md.) The seventh and final regular-season event of the 22nd season of the FLW Tour, the most competitive circuit in professional bass fishing, is coming to Marbury June 15-18 for the FLW Tour at the Potomac River presented by Costa Del Mar. Hosted by the Charles County Board of Commissioners, the tournament will feature 320 pros and co-anglers casting for top awards of up to $125,000 cash in the Pro Division and up to $25,000 cash in the Co-angler Division.

New incentives for high school anglers

The Simmons Bank Big Bass Bonanza is the state’s largest amateur fishing tournament, and this year’s guaranteed cash prizes include: $50,000 for the largest fish overall; $10,000 for the largest fish overall in each of the remaining four pools; and place money for overall winners per pool, with $900 for second place, $700 for third and $400 for fourth.


Corbin Will Perform Prior to Forrest Wood Cup – Bass Fishing’s World Championship
