It started out a little foggy with a temp of 56 degrees warming up to close 70. There were 44 teams that showed up to fish for a total pot of $7,485.00. Rusty Harvey & David Concienne took first place bringing 5 fish to the scales that totaled 28.19 lbs.

The field had their eyes set on over $25,000 in prizes that they could get a piece of with just one fish.

The Bulldog Division tournament will be fishing on Lake Sinclair, the North Carolina Division stops at Lake Wylie and the Okie Division will take on the Arkansas River.

White, along with his partner, Victoria angler Cory Leita, caught four bass, including a 5.12-pound kicker, to win the Bass Champs Central Region tournament on Belton Lake Saturday with 13.15 pounds. The pair bested 197 teams to take home more than $25,000.

(Mar 17, 2015 - BYRDSTOWN, TN.) Charles Morrison of Georgetown, Kentucky, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 20 pounds, 11 ounces Saturday to win the first Walmart Bass Fishing League Music City Division tournament of 2015 on Dale Hollow Lake. For his victory, Morrison earned $3,926.


(Mar 17, 2015 - Grove, OK) Zack Birge of Blanchard, Oklahoma, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 29 pounds, 1 ounce Saturday to win the first Walmart Bass Fishing League Okie Division tournament of 2015 on Grand Lake. For his victory, Birge earned $7,000.

(Mar 16, 2015 - Jacksonville, TX) The Launch Event for the Cherokee Neches Paddling Trail scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2015, has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2015.  The recent rains have created an unsafe situation for paddling on this section of the Neches River.  The county roads going to the Event location at Neches River Run Park have been closed.
