Cory Johnston of Peterborough, Ontario, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 17 pounds, 14 ounces Saturday to win the Rayovac FLW Series Northern Division opener on James River presented by Mercury with a three-day total of 14 bass weighing 46 pounds, 14 ounces. For his win, Johnston earned $31,229 and a new Ranger Z518 with a 200-horsepower Evinrude or Mercury outboard.

Floods Damage More Than Half of Texas State Park System

A full field of college teams will be competing for a top award of $2,000 and a berth in the Southeastern Conference Championship tournament.
(May 20, 2015 - GILBERTSVILLE, Ky.) The Muhlenberg County team of Billy Hardison and Nathan Fleener brought a 2-day cumulative total of 10 bass weighing 33 lbs, 11 oz to the scale, beating out 54 other teams to win the 2015 Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA) Fishing Championship on Kentucky Lake. The win earned the team medals, a trophy to display in their school and the title of KHSAA state champions.
