(Mar 20, 2016 - ANDERSON, S.C) Florida pro John Cox, brought a five-bass limit to the scale weighing 16 pounds, 2 ounces Sunday to win the Walmart FLW Tour at Lake Hartwell presented by Evinrude. Cox’s four-day total of 20 bass weighing 67 pounds, 6 ounces earned him the win by a slim 7-ounce margin over second place angler Clark Wendlandt of Leander, Texas, and $100,000 in the second FLW Tour event of 2016.

(Mar 14, 2016 - Lake Sam Rayburn, TX) Skeeter Bass Champs East Region held their third tournament of the year at Sam Rayburn on March 12, 2016. Challenging conditions on and off the lake did not daunt 307 teams to fish for a portion of the total purse worth more than $83,000. Richard Bacon of Basile, LA and Shannon Thibodeaux of Diboll, TX topped the field taking home over $20,000.

(Mar 10, 2016 - ) FLW, the world’s largest tournament-fishing organization, announced today that GoPro cameras have signed a sponsorship agreement with the company and are now the “Official Camera of FLW.” Professional angler Mike Kernan will represent GoPro on the Walmart FLW Tour in 2016. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
