(Mar 2, 2017 - ) Team Catfish announced that it has again signed Retired Professional Trophy Catfish and Sturgeon Guide Brian Klawitter (Lakeland, MN) for the 2017 season.

Professionally guiding for over 10 years, Klawitter, working with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources was instrumental in changing fishing regulations to protect and enhancing cat fishing in Minnesota. Klawitter is a member of the National Professional Anglers Association.

Klawitter said. “They are very supportive of my efforts and have been a big part of the growth in the catfishing world. Team Catfish has one of the only lines of catfishing products starting from the hook and continuing through to the rods and reels along with everything in between that cover Blues, Flatheads and Channel Cats. The Team Catfish products are “designed by catfishermen for catfishermen”. Whether I’m guiding clients or taking my wife and granddaughter out Team Catfish products give me the confidence for catching that Big One.”
