There were 16 Individuals who came out to fish Lake Houston’s muddy waters today. It was cloudy with some scattered light rain and believe it or not, some sunshine at times. The air temp was 74 degrees, the water temp was 65 and the winds were out of the southeast at 5 to 10 …..
There were 9 limits caught, 54 fish, 153.34 total pounds and that made it a 2.83 lb average bass.
Curtis Jordan brought in the winning 5 fish stringer of 19.77lbs. Curtis took home $565.00 for his day on the muddy waters…..
Joe Barringer came in a very close second with his five fish weighing 19.42 lbs. Joe won $335.00 for his efforts.
Albert White came in third place and had the biggest bass of the day. His total weight was 16.95 and his big bass weighed 6.24 lbs.. Albert won a total of $325.00 for his day of fishing. (Albert’s son Brandon accepted the checks and is in the winners group picture as Albert was being a courteous fisherman and helping a fellow fisherman load his boat ).
