Craig Morris & Cody Swann won the Saturday Team Tournament on Lake Houston….Craig reported “We had an early bite on Spinnerbaits fishing laydowns. When the clouds rolled in about 11:30 am we were able to cull a few fish on docks before we had to take cover from the storm…. Thanks to Bimini Bay, Saltlife Optics & Tsunami.” Craig & Cody won $1,760.00 for their five fish limit that weighed 15.14 lbs. Way to go guys !!!!!
Tim Newman & John Littleton came in a close second with their five fish tipping the scales at $14.58 lbs…. They also caught the biggest bass of the day for 5.50 lbs., and they won a total of $1,080.00 for their day on the water.
Danny St.Andrie & Kary Essl came in third place with their five bass weighing 12.08 lbs. This team won $530.00…. Kary reported running his new Mercury powered Phoenix boat rigged by Jordan’s Marine to catch their fish with blades, cranks & frogs around laydowns and rocks. Kary & Danny would like to thank ; Mercury, Jordans Marine, Seguar Line, Tsunami, Bimini Bay and Fishing 13.
The team of David Holst & Claire Burk came in fourth place with their limit weighing 11.80 lbs… Claire was the only girl fishing today and David got to be the net man…. they won $350.00 for their day on the water….
