HOT, HOT, HOT!!!!! It was hot Saturday on Lake Livingston but some still managed to catch ’em….. Brian Sewell & Chip Sewell, the AQ Livingston Anglers Of the Year won it with 16.78 lbs. They received the winning check for $1360.00.
Coming in a close second was the husband and wife team of James and Tamra Scroggings. They took home $750.00 for their 5 bass that weighed 15.64 lbs. Taking 3rd place was none other than Tony King and Jimmy Cole who bought in 5 that weighed 14.73 lbs. They received a check for $600.00 for their long hot day on the water. And fourth place was won by the team of Randy Dearman & Kevin Mason. Randy & Kevin had 5 fish that weighed 14.59 lbs. They received the fourth place check for $300.00.
The team of Larry Cotton & Charlie Cooper caught the biggest bass of the day. It weighed 4.40 lbs. And that one fish won them a check for $200.00. All in all there were 20 teams, 12 limits, 79 bass, 204.09 total pounds, that made a 2.58 lb. average fish weight.
