Brunswick Corporation (NYSE: BC) and the Brunswick Foundation recently awarded 26 sons and daughters of dealership owners and employees in the U.S. and Canada a total of $52,000 in college scholarships to assist the students with their tuition fees. The awards, under the Brunswick Corporation Dealer Sons and Daughters Scholarship Program, recognize academic excellence, leadership capabilities and civic involvement during the past school year. Recipients are chosen by an independent committee of academic professionals at three leading Midwestern universities.
“I would like to sincerely thank the Brunswick Corporation for its generosity. It is great to be recognized for my achievements,” said scholarship recipient Erica Bick. Erica’s father, Stephen Bick, is the service manager at Clark’s Landing Marina, in Point Pleasant, N.J. “It is wonderful to see corporations giving back to their dealers and their families. I could not be more grateful for this scholarship.”
The Brunswick Dealer Sons and Daughters Scholarship Program is part of Brunswick Dealer Advantage, a wide range of services available to over 5,000 Brunswick marine, Life Fitness and Billiards dealers to help them succeed. Now in its third year in the U.S., Brunswick Dealer Advantage offers dealers valuable tools to build long-term profitability and value.

In the U.S., Brunswick Dealer Advantage now offers 29 leading services designed to help the dealer attract more retail customers, reward employees or improve operations. The number of programs a dealer can access increases based on the strength of the dealer’s partnership with Brunswick. Opportunities for scholarships are offered to Gold and Platinum-level dealers.
