Catch-All Kids

Doug Antuna, President of Catch-All Lures launches a new program that will benefit kid’s fishing programs across the country as well as improve the environment and give our youth the chance to enjoy this wonderful sport. Catch-All Kids is the program to do it all.

Many fishermen toss their old lures in the water, the garbage or the bottom of their tacklebox. Catch-All Kids is collecting all the used soft plastic lures they can get from fishermen, fishing clubs, tackle shops and even some manufacturers. The plastic is sorted by color, remelted and poured into new lures. The new lures are for donation only and will go to clubs that promote fishing to help inner city kids, troubled teens and groups like Get Hooked on Fishing, Not on Drugs. Any donations can be mailed to Catch-All Kids at 68 Shinnacock Trail Shelton, CT 06484. All participants in the program are eligible to receive a 10% discount off anything in the Catch-All Lures product line, for a free brochure call (877) 944-9558 .

Catch-All Kids is running an annual Lure Design Contest for anyone under 19 years of age. The contestants just submit a completed entry form with a sketch of a soft plastic lure design by mail before November 30, 2001. The pro staff panel will judge the entries based on originality and functionality. The winner will receive a $500 scholarship along with a supply of fishing products. The winning design will be produced into molds to make the Catch-All Kids Lures for the 2002 season.
