Announces Top Cobia Dealer and Launches New 211 Bay Boat
Cobia Boat Company just completed their first dealer meeting since the 49-year old brand was acquired from Yamaha Motor Corp. USA. The dealer meeting was held in Stuart, Fla., with a complete national representation of all their dealers.
According to Scott Deal, Cobia Boat Company’s president, “The goal was to build on our already strong relationship and to recognize our top dealers.”
Winning top honors for sales were George and Evelyn Nall of George’s Water Sports in Mobile, Ala. Taking second place was Phil Osborne of Naples Boat Mart in Naples, Fla.; third place was Gary Ingman of Ingman Marine in Port Charlotte, Fla.; fourth place was Bill & Lynn Bost, Kohn Kyle and Craig Weiner of Boatarama, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and in fifth place was Fred Brueggemann of Statewide Marine in Mantoloking, N.J.
According to Deal, “The entire dealer network is responsible for where Cobia is today and will be an essential member of our team as we bring our vision for Cobia’s future growth and success to fulfillment.”
Cobia also introduced their all new 211 Bay Boat that is designed to meet the demands of the fisherman and family buyer. It is priced consistent with Cobia’s place in the market.
