It was HOT !!!!! But that didn’t stop the 25 teams from coming out to fish beautiful Lake Livingston. The 25 teams caught a total of 23 limits, 121 bass that weighed a total of 345.35 lbs., with a 2.85 lb average fish weight.
Jimmy Emmons Jr. & Jeff Stanley won with their limit weighing 18.87 lbs. Jimmy & Jeff took home the first place check for $1,800.00….. not bad for 8 hours of fishing.
Coming in a very close second was the team of Larry Cotton & Clint May. they had a limit that weighed 18.77 lbs. So close…….. But they still took home the second place check for $ 800.00.
Josh Ware & Randy Carter came in third with 5 that weighed 18.27 lbs. Again, so close….. Josh & Randy also had the biggest bass of the day weighing 5.82 lbs., and they won a total of $800.00 for their day on the water.
Fourth place was held down by the team of Jared McCulley & Don LaHue. They had five that tipped the scales at 17.47 lbs. They took home the fourth place check for $400.00.
And Dean Coleman & Jim Guzman came in the money for fifth place with their limit weighing 16.10 lbs. Winning $255.00 for their efforts on the water…
