WHAT: Boater Terry Olinger of The Plains, Va., caught a two-day total of 10 bass weighing 38 pounds, 6 ounces Sept. 24-25 to win $5,197 plus a $2,000 Ranger Cup bonus in the Walmart BFL Shenandoah Division tournament on the Potomac River. Olinger fished mid-lake and used a variety of baits to catch his bass.
