Iâm Terry Baksay, a Team Yamaha Pro. One of the nice things about fishing national tournament trails, is the fact that we get to fish a lot of different bodies of water all over the country.
Some places we go to we have to make really, really long runs, and since I’ve been running my HPDI, the gas economy and the oil economy has been absolutely phenomenal on it. It’s enabled me to make a longer run, which I couldn’t make before because I’d have to buy gas and in some places they just don’t have the gas to buy. So it’s increased the distance that I can actually travel with my boat and motor. And be able to get to that spot, and not have to worry about having to buy gas on the way back. Or maybe because there is no place to buy gas on the way back.
It’s definitely increased the places I can go to, and it’s given me a lot more peace of mind. So I know that I don’t have to go and fill up the boat every single time I want to make a long run because I know I can make it and come back.By: Walker Agency
