This week “The CITGO Bassmasters” travels to Okeechobee, Fla. for the second event of the season on the CITGO Bassmaster Tour presented by Busch Beer.
Anglers will have to contend with the typical difficulties of fishing in south Florida during January, especially the threat of cooler weather which severely impacts fishing conditions, plus winds that reach 30 mph out on Florida’s largest lake.
The pros will once again vie for Busch BASS Angler of the Year points as they attempt to catch California’s Skeet Reese, who leads the points race after winning the season’s first event.
“The CITGO Bassmasters” will air at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 1; and at 9 a.m. & 4 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 6.
