Joy and Tom Caruthers Win on the Mississippi River

Our fourth tournament of the year was on the Mississippi River putting in at Le Tourneau Landing. We had four couples in the tournament with fifteen fish caught weighing 37.92 lb. and all where alive.

The day started out a little cool and rainy but ended up very nice and warm but cloudy. Joy and Tom Caruthers won the tournament with a limit of fish weighing 12.94 lb. and their daughter-in law Renee caught the big bass of the day weighing 4.32 lb. so that just goes to show you that our ladies can catch fish also. Renee and Tac Caruthers came a close second with four fish weighing 12.26 lb. Paula and Jimmy Carruth our Anglers of the Year came in third with a limit fish that weighed 9.94 lb. Sandy and Monty Fletcher was fourth with 2.78 lb.

Our points are very close this year so any of our couples can win Angler of the Year.

THANK YOU ALL OUR COUPLES FOR STAYING WITH US FOR THE LAST FOUR YEARS.
