WHAT: Boater Nicky McNeely of Natchitoches, La., caught a two-day total of nine bass weighing 26 pounds, 0 ounces Oct. 1-2 to win $4,604 plus a $2,000 Ranger Cup bonus as well as a $1,000 Mercury bonus in the Walmart BFL Cowboy Division tournament on the Red River. McNeely used a swim jig and Chug Bug to catch his bass.
