Christopher Neel of Jackson, Miss., has joined Yamaha Marine Group as the OEM regional sales and marketing coordinator, according to Daniel Osborne, assistant regional sales manager for Yamaha’s OEM division.
Neel will be responsible for OEM marketing development programs and assisting marketing contacts and company representatives with various areas of promotion. He will also provide sales and marketing support to boat builders, as well as assist them with planning and placing engine orders.
Neel’s experience includes seven years with the Mangia Bene Restaurant Management Group where he worked as a shipping and production manager.
Neel earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg.
