It was HOT as the air temperature was in the low 90’s. James Chandler from Liberty had to fish alone this week because his partner Sandro Alfaro had to work. But James still came in 1st place with one of only three limits caught tonight that weighed 14.39 lbs. James, fishing out of his Ranger Boat powered by a Mercury motor reported catching his fish in the Bayou on Texas rigged Pumpkin Seed lizards, and he caught the biggest fish of the evening , a nice 3.64 lb’er. James won a total of $690.00 for fishing against just 12 other teams. James would like to thank his sponsors; The Law Offices of James Chandler and 4KBC Trucking.
The Father & son team of Albert White & Brandon White from Huffman came in second place with a limit that weighed 9.82 lbs. Albert & Brandon fished out of their Triton /Mercury Rig and reported catching their fish mid lake on Crank Baits and Shakey Heads in approximately two feet of water. Albert and Brandon would like to thank Mrs. Priscilla White & Company for all her support.
