We need to give thanks to the Lord for the wonderful weather he gave us for our San Angelo Tournament. Blue skies and light winds greeted the couples for the first tournament of the western region of CAST.
The winning couples talked of working their white Horizon Spinner Baits over stickups in shallow water and flipping a redish Berkley power worm in the reeds. These patterns worked well for the winners but the Busbee’s found a very small hungry keeper fishing their trusted Lucky Craft lure.

The next Tournament will be at Colorado City Lake on March 25th. Registration will be at the Days Inn Motel (915) 728-2638 from 5 till 6 pm Saturday the 24 th. The State Park gates will open at 6 am Sunday for our tournament and we will call boat numbers from near the ramp
