Zenith-Level Performance, Zero Worries

Planoโ€™s zipperless, weather-resistant Z-Series Tackle Bags have an all new look

Salt, sun and spray can send lesser tackle bags to an early grave. How? By attacking their vulnerable zippers and rendering them useless. That’s why Plano engineers eliminated these weak links in their trouble-free weather-defying Z-Series Soft Tackle Bags, Tackle Backpack and Tackle Wrap, which debuted to the universal delight of anglers at ICAST in 2016. These no-fuss zipper-free Z-Series tackle storage designs have quickly become recognized for their exceptional weather-resistance, infallible reliability and overall efficiency.

At the heart of the Z-Series line-up are Plano’s proven Z-Series 3600 and 3700 Tackle Bags. They feature the same great performance, but with brand new aesthetics that reflect their premium functionality. New for 2018, the angler-favorite Z-Series now features sizzling Kryptek Raid camouflage with striking blue accents. You can look for a better-performing – or better-looking – line of zipperless tackle storage options, but you won’t find either.

Plano’s 3600- and 3700-size Z-Series Tackle Bags feature a gusseted top and large flap that opens fast and closes neatly and securely with strong HDPE buckles. These high capacity bags house five included StowAway Utility Boxes inside their generous main compartments. Outside, an extremely durable Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) waterproof fabric defies the elements, while a Kryptek Raid finish with blue trim catches the eye. Reliable Velcro closures secure the generous side pockets, while large front and rear mesh slip storage pockets add to the carrying capacity. Two strips of tactical bag inspired MOLLE webbing run over the top flap for attaching additional accessories such as pens, thermometers, hook sharpeners and keychains.

Both the 3600- and 3700-size Z-Series Tackle Bags employ Plano’s highly functional, one-of-a-kind Utili-Tackle Rail System Base. This innovative, waterproof design uses raised corners and over-molded rubber feet to prevent sliding on any surface while elevating the bag and its contents above wet boat decks and patches of standing water. The integral Utili-Tackle Rail features multiple tie-down points to secure the bag in transit or during rough conditions, while also allowing for fast attachment of up to 17 different fishing tools or accessories.

PLANO FISHING

A tradition of excellence. Owning a Plano® tackle box has become a heritage that has endured for more than half a century. In 1952, Plano introduced the first molded plastic tackle box. Over the next 65 years, the Plano brand has found its way into the hearts and hands of four generations. Today, there’s a four in five chance that if you own a tackle box, it was made by Plano. There are many reasons consumers faithfully choose Plano, including quality, durability and innovation, but our favorite is, “It’s what my dad always used.”
