Kistler Rods is proud to announce the expansion of its pro staff. Kistler Rods finished 2006 with one of the strongest FLW Tour staffs of any company with the likes of Anthony Gagliardi (FLW Tour Angler of the Year) and Matt Herren (FLW Tour Runner-up Angler of the Year).
Now, Kistler Rods is duplicating that effort among BASS Elite Series anglers. In addition to current Elite Series pro Mark Tyler, Kistler Rods has added Steve Kennedy and Alton Jones to its pro staff.
Steve Kennedy was the 2006 Rookie of the Year on the Elite Series and finished 2nd in the BASS Elite Series Angler of the Year rankings. Alton Jones is a perennial favorite in Elite Series events and has recently become (along with Aaron Martin) the newest member of BASS’s million dollar club. Both Steve and Alton have been using Kistler rods since the Classic and both are truly impressed by what they have seen and experienced with the rods.
Alton Jones who has been fishing at the highest tournament levels for more than 17 years says, “these Kistler Rods are without a doubt the finest fishing rods I have ever laid my hands upon.” With these additions, the Kistler Rods pro staff is now complete for 2007.
