FLW Outdoors Radio To Talk Fishing, Baseball, Golf

This Sunday on “FLW Outdoors Presented by Wal-Mart,” hosts Keith Lebowitz and Tony Casillas will talk with Texas Rangers left fielder Rusty Greer. The show will also preview the upcoming 2004 Byron Nelson Championship with the director of golf for Four Seasons Resort, Paul Earnest. Turning the focus to fishing, the crew will talk with Wal-Mart Texas Tournament Trail pro Keith Combs of Nolanville, who is the TTT’s current points leader. Rounding out the lineup will be regular guest and Ranger pro-staff guide David Vance.

Greer, who has been in the majors for 10 years, will talk about the success of the Rangers so far this season. Greer is also an avid outdoorsman who loves to fish.

Earnest, who is getting his courses ready for the championship, will talk about the field of PGA pros who will participate in the event including Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson. The Byron Nelson Championship is taking place May 10-16 at the Tournament Players and Cottonwood Valley courses at Four Seasons Resort and Club Las Colinas.

Combs – who, besides leading the points race this season, finished first in last year’s standings – will talk about the upcoming TTT event on Lake Travis scheduled for May 22-23. Vance, known as one of the best guides in Texas, will share with listeners the hot spots for fishing in the Lone Star State over the upcoming weeks.
