The C.A.S.T. North Region’s July tournament at Lake Hubbard Creek produced several large Bass, as the race for Top Six heated up about as hot as the weather on a July day in Texas.
Lee & Patty Allen’s 7.70 LB Bass took first place Big Bass for the tournament. Lee & Patty also caught a second bass that weighed over 5 LBS out of the same hole. Both fish were caught on a Texas rigged Blue Fleck Berkley Power Worm in 20 feet of water.
John & Joyce Thompson took the Second place Big Bass on a jig while fishing boat docks. The fish tipped the scales at 6.20 LBS.
