Let your line size help control the depth

When structure fishing with deep crank baits, remember that line size plays an important role in crank bait fishing because it often determines the running depth of your crank bait. If you need to get the crank bait down an extra foot or so, try going with the lighter line. For instance, moving from 12 pound test to 10 pound test will give you an extra foot or two of depth to reach that cover that you need to hit to where the bass are.By: Walker Agency
