Marine Marketers of America has announced plans for its Miami Boat Show bi-annual General Membership Meeting, scheduled for Friday, February 13, 2009 from 1:30 – 3pm at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
In addition to a networking segment and brief association reports, the highlight of the event is the professional development/educational component, featuring a panel of five leading industry internet/web experts. “Web 2.0 and Beyond” will address a mix of foundational recommendations for internet marketing and web design, plus consider the latest trends and opportunities in cyberspace. Expert panelists representing a variety of industry and consumer- based websites include Glen Justice of madmariner website, Courtney Chalmers of boattrader website, Leonard Boord of theboaters website, Mike Staley of Bonnier Marine Corporation and Jared Jester of Jester Communications. Jim Rhodes of Rhodes Communication will moderate.
