Tournament-proven performance for less than $60,000 MSRP.
Ranger’s reputation for building the industry’s best boats centers on the brand’s insistence on quality components, innovation, fit, finish and unmatched resale values. For anglers looking to make the move to a tournament-ready, 20-foot bass boat, Ranger delivers a professional-grade boat package retailing for less than $60,000 MSRP.
The new Ranger Z520 is the flagship of the legendary brand’s realigned Z500 Series of tournament-ready bass boats. The line also includes the new Z518 and Z519, which update and replace the Z118C and Z119C, respectively. The advancement of Ranger’s bass boat lines ensures that boat buyers have multiple horsepower and amenity options to suit their needs.
Based on the proven, award-winning Ranger Z520C, the new Ranger Z520 measures 20 feet, 9 inches in length and is rated for 250 horsepower. The specs and performance characteristics are nearly identical to the Z520C with new distinctions coming in the form of installed equipment, highlighted by a Minn Kota Maxxum 80 trolling motor and Lowrance Mark 5X Pro at the console. Ultra stable on pad, the boat features a pultrudedfiberglass transom, fiberglass stringer system and high performance steering wheel. Hydraulic steering provides a responsive, one-piece feel and smooth, easy handling. Available in single- and dual-console configurations, the boat offers center, port and starboard side carpeted storage outfitted with stainless steel compression locks. The center rod storage can hold 10 rods up to 8 feet in length with 10 rods up to 8 feet, 6 inches in length fitting in the portside storage.
“The new Z520 is designed for anglers looking for a tournament-ready rig capable of competing in everything from the weeknight jackpot all the way to a major professional-level event,” said Ranger Vice President of Sales Keith Daffron. “It’s built on a proven, celebrated hull design that delivers unmatched quality and fishability. Plus it offers a price point accessible to even more anglers.”
All three Z500 Series models are also available with the Z Pack equipment option. The package bundles some of the most popular aftermarket upgrades for anglers and includes factory-installed compartment lights, retractable rod straps, retractable trailer tie downs and a custom-made deluxe boat cover.
Each Z500 Series model comes standard with a custom-built, RangerTrail® trailer designed specifically for each individual model to ensure solid towing and easy maneuvering. All RangerTrail® trailers are equipped with a durable Road Armor finish, designed to shield against rock chips, road debris and other hazards while helping retain higher resale value and peace of mind. Each trailer also has LED lights, aluminum wheels, COOL Hub® lubrication system, torsion axle suspension and a locking, swing-away tongue with matching fiberglass fenders and a full-size spare.
