Our third tournament of the year was May 14th held on the Ross Barnett with 7 couples fishing. There were 19 fish caught with a total weight of 49.72 lb. and all released alive.
It was a beautiful day and all but one couple caught fish and some of our ladies showed the men they could catch fish too.
Paula and Jimmy Carruth came in first with 15.68 lb. Joy and Tom Caruthers were second with 12.22 lb. I am proud to say that Cynthia Norsworthy caught their only keeper fish that weighed 4.52 lb. and it turned out to be the Big Bass of the day (way to go Cynthia).
Thank you to all the couples that have stayed with us over the last four years, you will never know what it means to David and myself for your confidence in us. Not only are you our couples you are also our friends and family and hopefully next year we can bring in more.
