My name’s Dustin Wilks with Team Yamaha from Rawley, North Carolina. Big worms in the summertime. One of my favorite things to do when the fish quit spawning is to head out on ledges and deep water structure such as points with stumps on it or a deep water river channel edge, and fish with a big 12 inch worm on a 6 ought hook. I usually use red shad copra, that’s my favorite color, that’s what I start out with. I fish it around any kind of cover I can find down deep. Fish love to eat that big worm right after they get done spawning.By: Walker Agency
