Schrumpf Withdraws From 2016 Walmart FLW Tour

Walmart FLW Tour pro Colby Schrumpf of Highland, Illinois, informed FLW this morning that he is withdrawing from the remainder of the 2016 Walmart FLW Tour season. A tournament field of 170 boats will compete in the next event, scheduled for March 17-20 on Lake Hartwell in Anderson, South Carolina.

In FLW Tour competition, anglers are also vying for valuable points in hopes of qualifying for the 2016 Forrest Wood Cup, the world championship of bass fishing. The 2016 Forrest Wood Cup will be in Huntsville, Alabama, Aug. 4-7 on Wheeler Lake.
