: AQ Rayburn Team #1
The fog was thick !!!! But there were still 27 teams braved the fog to fish the first AQ Rayburn Team Event of 2018… There were a total of 18 limits weighed in, 102 fish, and 267.06 total lbs. weighed……WOW….Tommy & Paul from LakeView Motel, RV and Grocery took really good care of and released all of the fish caught today……we appreciate them !!!!
The team of Shelby Shaw and Lance Hughes brought in their limit weighing 20.72 lbs., and that was enough to take the first place check of $1,885.00… not to bad for fishing against 26 other boats.
Robert Davis & Alan Moore came in second wit a limit weighing 18.82.lbs. These guys won $1,045.00 for their efforts on the water……
The third place team was none other than the AQ Anglers of the Year, Tommy Hill and Bubba Frazier. These guys are tough on Rayburn and they weighed 5 fish in for 17.50 lbs., and took home the third place money for $630.00.
Fourth place was won by William Messer & John Paul Packard. These two fishermen weighed a limit of bass for 17.38 lbs. William & John Paul won $420.00 for their day on the water.
The Team of Mike Rubino & Jason Griffin came in the last place money spot for $210.00. This team weighed in a limit of 15.19 lbs.
The Biggest Bass of the day was brought in by team of Tommy Bankhead & Brandon O’Neal. It was a 6.35lb’er., and that one bite was worth $200.00…..
I’d like to thank all the fishermen and women who choose to fish Anglers Quest Tournaments…I saw a lot of new faces and met some really amazing fishermen & fisherladies….. And I sincerely appreciate each and every one, and I hope that you you’ll come back and fish AQ again….
