The National MarineManufacturers Association (NMMA) has recognized Skeeter Products, Inc., for the ninth consecutive time with its CSI Award for excellence in customer satisfaction for 2010. Skeeter was recognized in two categories: “Fiberglass Bass Boats” and “Fiberglass Outboard Boats.”
“Customer satisfaction is built-in at the factory and reinforced by the positive actions of our dealers,” said Jeff Stone, Senior Vice President and General Manager ofSkeeter Products, Inc. “This award is a testament to both our employees and dealers who work tirelessly to maintain that high level of customer satisfaction. Skeeter uses CSI data to identify trendsand glean customer feedback. This allows the company to make improvements to the product and the service provided by Skeeter.

NMMA launched its Marine Industry CSI Award Program in 2001 to provide boat and engine manufacturers with an independently-measured, cost-effective tool to help improve customer satisfaction in the boating industry. The program allows participating manufacturer companies to monitor customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis and to create benchmarks in the industry.
