Skeeter Products, Inc., manufacturer of Skeeter brand boats, recently announced the hiring of Chris Ittner as Promotional Programs Coordinator and the promotion of Joanne O’Bryant to Projects Manager.
“Chris is extremely well-rounded, with outstanding knowledge about the marine industry, and a background in both sales and marketing,” says Skeeter’s Marketing Manager, Daren Cole.  “His strengths will give Skeeter an advantage in growing our grassroots marketing efforts, a sign of our dedication to supporting recreational and tournament anglers at the local and regional levels,” says Cole.
Ittner graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Brown University in 2004, and received a Master of Science in Leadership and Ethics in 2007.  Before joining Skeeter Products, Inc., Ittner served as a Sales Coordinator for Navico, supporting both the Lowrance and Eagle Electronics Brands.  In this role, he collaborated with the Director of Sales on OEM boat builder accounts, fulfilling boat builder marketing needs.
Ittner joined Lowrance and Eagle Electronics in 2001 as a Marketing Intern, and was eventually promoted to Project Coordinator for Marketing & Media, before serving as a Sales Coordinator.
With the addition of Ittner to Skeeter’s marketing department, the company has promoted staffer JoAnne O’Bryant to Projects Manager.  According to Trey White, Skeeter’s Director of Marketing, O’Bryant will now be working on special projects through out the Skeeter company assisting in Skeeter’s Owner’s Tournament Series, BASS Sponsorship, annual Dealer Meeting, Team Skeeter, comparative analysis to name a few.” JoAnne has proven to be a valuable asset to the marketing department and deserves this promotion,” White added.
