ZX-Saltwater Series
A tunnel boat with a unique hull design that allows fishing in very, very shallow water and a trey of big center console boats, make up the Skeeter Boats saltwater bay boat lineup. The Skeeter ZX2400, ZX2200, ZX2200T and ZX2000 are engineered to provide first-class bay and offshore performance. With Skeeter’s exclusive X-TREME composite transom and stringer system, Skeeter bay boats are stronger than ever. That means great performance in shallow as well as deep water. Deck layouts on each boat are a saltwater fisherman’s dream. A center console command center with tilt-hydraulic steering as well as a folding windshield and 16 gallon ice chest (except on the ZX2000), a 90-quart removable ice chest/seat combination with two position back rest, rear and center baitwells, forward console seating with back rest, a divided front deck storage area, a rear casting deck and storage area, a 30 gallon insulated fishbox (except on the ZX2000) and built-in vertical rod holders are just some of the fishability features found on each Skeeter bay boat.
The ZX2400 is the biggest of the Skeeter bay boat line measuring 23-feet, 10-inches long and 98-inches wide. It has a 250-horsepower maximum capacity, a dry weight of 2,700 pounds and a maximum weight capacity of 1,671 pounds. The fuel tank holds 80 gallons. The ZX2200 and ZX2200T are identical except in hull design. Each boat is 21-feet, 10-inches long, 98-inches wide and has a 250 horsepower maximum. The ZX2200T has a unique cupped hull design that allows you to run shallow sacrificing top end speed. The ZX2000 measures 19-feet, 10-inches long and 98-inches wide with a 200 hp rating. The fuel tank holds 60 gallons.
Skeeter bay boats are transported on Skeeter galvanized tandem axle trailers with surge brakes, flush kit and black wall tires.
