Spanish Fly Returns to the Indian Ocean for Part Two of Four on ESPN Outdoors Saltwater Sunday Programming

Spanish Fly’s four-part Indian Ocean series continues with Part Two on Sunday, Jan. 25, at 9:30 a.m. ET on ESPN2. Host Jose Wejebe anchors his boat in the remote atolls of the Seychelles Islands to wade the flats and catch trevally using topwater baits and big flys. Wejebe also provides a unique experience with sharks, bonefish and milkfish from the flats north of Madagascar. The remaining two episodes will follow this exotic adventure.

ESPN Outdoors Saltwater Sunday includes a new episode of Going Coastal with host Byron Velvick, a Bassmaster Elite Series pro, on Sunday, Jan. 25, at 9 a.m. Velvick hooks up with local guide Captain Rob Gorda to wade the Tampa Bay flats in Florida, in hopes of catching big redfish on light tackle.

Fishing Adventurer returns on Sunday at 8:30 a.m. on ESPN2 as host Cyril Chauquet ventures into the remote areas of the province of Quebec, Canada on a mission to catch large northern pike. The tandem of Chauquet and local guide David Mianscum head into the Canadian waters where there is minimal fishing pressure results in pike caught on spinner baits, soft plastics and fly.

This week the ESPN Outdoors Saltwater Sunday block starts with the Best of Offshore Adventures at 8 a.m. on ESPN2, as the crew looks back at their stop in Drake Bay, Costa Rica where Melissa Fischer and Captain Brett McBride catch roosterfish, pargo and snook. The crew also reviews Fischer’s Offshore Adventures career.

ESPN Outdoors will continue to provide quality programming and tips from professionals and experts who give the latest information with the most entertaining and exciting outdoor action on television and the Web.
