Increased contingency payouts offer multiple opportunities to win cash and prizes
The Texas Team Trail presented by Cabela’s will host its championship event of the 2014 tournament season at Toledo Bend Reservoir, June 7-8. The two-day championship will feature over 100% payout including two fully-rigged Ranger boats guaranteed.
Toledo Bend, one of the world’s premier bass fishing destinations, will provide an excellent test for TXTT anglers. A fully-rigged Ranger Z119C, valued at $45,000, is guaranteed for first place. Additionally, the second-place finishers will take home a Ranger Z118C valued at $34,000. The season-long chase for the TXTT Team of the Year is also at stake, with the winners receiving custom rings and paid 2015 entry fees courtesy of Lucas Oil.
Registration for the event is already underway- anglers can secure an opportunity to pre-fish Thursday, June 5 and Friday, June 6, by completing their registration via phone prior to midnight on Wednesday, June 5. Championship registration is limited to teams that have entered all four 2014 regular season events, and have participated in at least two of them.
On-site registration is set for Friday, June 6, from 5-7 p.m. at the Big Bass Marina (363 Big Bass Ln., Many, LA 71449). At least one team member must attend, as boat numbers will be assigned during this time. The tournament will launch Saturday and Sunday at safe light from the Big Bass Marina with anglers returning to the marina each day for the weigh-ins at 3:00 p.m.
