The 2006 season airs every Sunday at 7 a.m. EST on ESPN2 beginning in April
The Oh Boy! Oberto Redfish Cup is taking over Sunday mornings on ESPN2 beginning April 1 and bringing with it all of the fishing fun fans have come to expect. The broadcast of the 2006 season kicked off on Sunday with the Clearwater event and continues for the next 6 weeks, culminating on May 13 with the All Star event from Orange Beach, Alabama.

Each 60-minute shows covers one Cup stop, as teams compete against the clock and each other for hundreds of thousands of dollars. A cameraman rides along in each boat to give fans a first-hand account of the strategies and skill involved in each cast of the line, and the dramatic final day weigh-in provides the thrilling conclusion, crowning the champion and sending them home with a huge payout.

In it’s fifth year, the Oh Boy! Oberto Redfish Cup is the nation’s premier inshore saltwater fishing championship. The 2007 schedule consists of six OPEN events in two divisions, three All-Star events and the Oh Boy! Oberto Redfish Cup Championship.
