Yamaha Marine Announces Annual Technical Training Seminar

Yamaha Marine Service will offer its dealers the latest news and information concerning all 2006 program year models at its annual marine technical update seminar to be held at 70 locations nationwide, starting in Ft. Myers, Fla., on Nov. 29.

The seminar will give dealers and their employees the proper techniques for installation and operation of Yamaha’s new Command Link gauges and for off-season storage.  Attendees will also receive updates to existing engine models, as well as a copy of the Yamaha Marine Technical Guide and Tune-Up Specs book.

The seminar, reference materials and lunch are free for all who attend.  Attendance will also count towards each dealership’s requirements for full warranty-labor-rate reimbursement.

To register for the seminar, dealers should access the Yamaha Dealer System (YDS) on the Internet, choose “Technical Library” from the Service menu and then click on “Marine Update Seminar Enrollment” to fill out the enrollment form.  Early enrollment is encouraged due to limited seating. Please find a list of dates and locations on the Internet at YDS.
