Yamaha Marine recently honored members of its field service department for excellence in leadership, dealer support and customer satisfaction.
Each year, Yamaha recognizes a District Service Representative (DSR) and a Regional Technical Advisor (RTA) with a Service Leadership Gold Team Award for meeting or exceeding individual targets for dealer support and customer satisfaction as well as achieving high marks in the annual performance review categories for creativity and innovation in problem solving and team work. For 2006, the awards went to District Service Representative Tim Frear and Regional Technical Advisor Arthur Hughes.
Yamaha also recognizes one DSR and one RTA with the highest customer service index (CSI) ratings based on dealer and end-user customer surveys. For 2006, the awards went to District Service Representative Bruce Addison and Regional Technical Advisor Arthur Hughes.
In addition, Yamaha recognizes those who meet or exceed targets for dealer training, total primary dealer visits, or in the case of Regional Technical Advisors, completed technical assistance cases, with a Dealer Support Award.
